Blue Fusion is a highly creative production company that is currently seeking dedicated and hard working production and social media assistant interns for general office, television production, social media and research duties. This is a 20 hour a week unpaid position, and will last for a 3-month period. After completing the internship, the intern will be able to add Blue Fusion to their resume. In addition, a production assistant production credit will be given to the intern for television shows worked on while at Blue Fusion.

Blue Fusion is a Denver based company that is currently producing the DeepStacks Poker Tour and The Urban Conversion for network television. We are also developing several other reality television programs that are currently being pitched to the national networks. As an intern, you will gain extremely valuable experience in most aspects of the production process, as well as social media marketing techniques.

Our company has a lot of moving parts and it is imperative that all interns are detail oriented, extremely organized, have good computer skills, able to multitask, and have good time management skills. They will be tasked with various responsibilities for specific projects ranging from researching a topic to making phone calls, as well as administrative duties.

Account Executive

Blue Fusion is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to help us drive business growth. We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to establish new customer relationships and develop additional opportunities with existing clients.

Extensive interactive industry knowledge and customer relations savvy are crucial. He or she will have a proven ability to foster successful, long-term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

* Identify and engage prospects through discovery calls and presentations.
* Build relationships with executive decision makers inside client and target organizations.
* Understand prospects’ objectives and customize approaches to their needs.
* Consult with clients and prospects on relevant agency services and solutions.
* Develop and conduct sales presentations alone and with the team.
* Manage leads through the sales cycle to a successful close.
* Collaborate on account strategy and planning to develop existing client business.
* Communicate pipeline status to assist in forecasting.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of technologies, competitors and industry trends.
* Communicate sales opportunities, market conditions and competitive insights in regular leadership meetings.
* Attend professional and vertical industry meetings to uncover leads.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s in an applicable field
* 3+ years of prior sales or business development experience
* Demonstrated business development success
* Successful track record in consultative selling
* Proven skills in negotiation, persuasion and closing
* Superior oral and written communication skills
* Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
* A high degree of initiative and organization
* Ability to build rapport and inspire confidence
* Deep understanding of web-related technologies and the ability to sell them
* Experience selling user-centered solutions a plus
* Excellent work ethic, with verifiable references
